We are SO stoked for this episode with the incredible Karen Stark! Karen is a one of a kind human with a passion and fire for creating things and is up to amazing things including working with BC Bike Race to host their annual 7 day race event and most recently has started her own Bike Festival in Squamish for anyone identifying as female. We just had to get her on the mic to let us in on the story behind this epic event that will take place in Spring of 2024 and is getting more women on the trails!

RIDELAB is a mountain bike festival for women who love bikes, camping, music food, connection, and good times. This 3 day event is open for women of all skill levels and ages and hopes to elevate the number of women on the mountain! Participate in bike demos, tech talks, outdoor music and movies while connecting with like-minded women who have a shared passion for bikes.
