To answer that question, we turn to the bestseller, “His Needs, Her Needs,” by renowned marriage expert Dr. Willard F. Harley Jr., who gives us some great tips on how to satisfy those needs in our spouses. You won’t want to miss this episode, as Dr. Harley guides us on becoming irresistible to our spouses and how to eliminate the problems that can lead to extramarital affairs—and divorce.
Follower Question (at 33:37):
"I’ve been going to physical therapy now for about a year, taking breaks for months at a time because of insurance issues and travel reasons. I’m on the third dilator and feeling very stagnant in my progress! I have general anxiety, so I find that I hold stress in my pelvic floor and clench the muscles down there subconsciously on a regular daily basis. I feel like this subconscious tendency is the reason I can’t have sex, and I feel like I can never “cure” it because I hardly realize when I’m tense. Any advice?"
