Critical, critical piece to sales is developing a sense of urgency. You've seen it. You've seen it before. You know what? I'm talking about. A hurry by this, before this offer goes away, this offer is only good until this price will go up on this day. Creating a sense of urgency provides a way for you or a business to create urgency with your customers to do business with you. Retail stores are great at it. A lot of online services or online product providers are great at developing a sense of urgency, but are you great at developing a sense of urgency in your business? It doesn't always mean you have to drop prices or have an offer to develop a sense of urgency. Another way that a sense of urgency can be utilized as getting on the schedule while there's availability. You know, at certain times of the year that there isn't availability in your schedule. And when there is, you want to create a sense of urgency to fill that up with clients and utilizing a sense of urgency is what you need to do it. We, we provided a service, uh, in our home service business, Christmas lights that definitely had an added sense of urgency to it because, Hey, you're only going to get Christmas lights during one part of the year. And, uh, once that part of the year has gone there, there is no reason to, uh, lights your house up. Although some people still do, which is a little weird, but having a sense of urgency allows you. It allows you to be able to create a defined period when someone should buy or hire you. And so my suggestion is always have pinpoints to census, to a sense of urgency, always have specific things that point back to a sense of urgency timing obviously is one time on your schedule is another. If you are running an offer or a special on a service, having it defined, uh, will create sense of urgency. Having it defined is when it, uh, is, is over, we'll have a sense of urgency and you need to be able to convey your sales message with a sense of urgency. Having a sense of urgency makes you money, not having a sense of urgency, won't make you money. And so when we're pitching our services, when we're providing, we're providing quotes, we need to add in a sense of urgency. And that sense of urgency needs to be legitimate. It doesn't need to be something you make up. Like if it sounds like, they're going to, their meter is going to go off. And so when you're providing a sense of urgency in your pitch, in your proposal and needs to be legitimate and needs to be a legitimate sense of urgency. So develop the ideas that create sense of urgency within your services, utilize those and how you present pricing, present proposal, present your services and allow those sense of urgencies to help you fill your schedule and, and create significant and continuous streams of revenue. Utilizing a sense of urgency is going to make you money. If you do it right, you do it correctly. I recommend you have a sense of urgency with every opportunity that you can.
