Creating Space to Pay Attention to God

Scripture Reference: Mark 1:35
“Very early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house and went off to a solitary place, where he prayed.”

Explanation:
Even Jesus, in the midst of ministry demands, intentionally withdrew to be alone with the Father. Sacred rhythms—moments of silence, solitude, and prayer—are not luxuries but necessities for a healthy spiritual life. Without them, our souls become hurried, anxious, and distracted.
