Jeff Westphal, 20 year CEO of Vertex, a global leader in tax software which went public in 2020, left the company to start Meaningsphere — a platform and community dedicated to helping anyone create deeper meaning in their work — walks us through his journey to the Meaningsphere.

Starting at the beginning of his career, he talks honestly about facing multiple business and personal adversities and learning how to transform them into opportunities to grow in his ability to serve. Each time he encounters new challenges, we see creativity-at-work—the ability to transcend traditional ideas, rules, patterns, and relationships to create meaningful new awareness, forms, methods, and visions.
