2021 is not going to be different than 2020 if you don’t change. This is the time to look back to the year that was. It is time to ask these questions: what are your accomplishment this year 2020, where are you now compared to when the year started, and where do you want to go in your business? It is likely that you have accomplished a lot this year, but if not, then, this is the time to assess what have you been doing right, what is working that you need to continue doing and what has not been working that you need to stop. You need to be honest with yourself here, that’s the only way to zero in on where you want your business to go.
Building a business has many drivers. Once you have identified what drives you, think about what business do you exactly want and what lifestyle do you want to build around it. Think about where you played small and most importantly where do you want to think bigger? These are all critical questions to help you see what your next 12 months would look like.
Here is an option for you to consider, it’s called the millionaire matrix. For you to save 10 hours of your time every week, you need to ask yourself powerful questions that will help you define your business and your goals. There may be things you hate doing and there is nothing you can do about it for that is the only way to go. You can always hire someone to do it for you. That’s what you call reframing.
If you want to crush 2021, seriously think about these powerful questions and do something about it.
