Let's take a dive into expressions. What we are putting out there to create and what is being created around us as well.

I've talked about nothing happens unless you ask for it. And when it finally shows up...do you go into..this is to good to be true. I don't deserve this etc. We need to begin to receive the gifts from the universe!

What is a mother? Is she always nurturing and caring? What is the flip side of being a mother? And how can we embrace everything that it means to be one!

Through having conversations with my daughter she has helped me look at what it was like growing up. And things she has learned from her experience.

Let's begin to acknowledge the greatness of the busy instead of making it a problem. Your Body knows what it needs...trust it!

When do we need to defend the line and when are we wasting energy. Take a different perspective on how to work through these situations
