Homework:

1. Let’s get fit! Practice strengthening that pelvic floor muscle by doing Kegels. Play with it and pump it.

2. Practice moving that energy up from your base to your spine, up to your head.

3. Discover + play with this energy and your vision (desire).

4. Go give birth to it! (Daily) as you are channeling and embody this energy you’ll notice you’re more driven to take more aligned action.

5. Think of someone who is experiencing a creative “funk” and send this episode with them!
