Energy programs are established ways of thinking and reacting to situations, created from past
experiences. They can be compared to a piece of software or a picture frame containing a picture. They
are made up of a name, purpose, and evidence. They can be run in three ways: by writing them down,
thinking them, or by running them all throughout the day. Running energy programs throughout the day
is the most powerful way to reinforce positive thoughts and beliefs. Energy programs are sequences of
thoughts and emotions that we create and run in our mind to achieve a desired outcome. They are fueled
by heightened emotion, repetition of evidence, and a quantity of evidence. Affirmations are not effective
in establishing energy programs, as they lack the necessary emotional and evidential components. Energy
programs are developed through four stages: mindset, case, diffuse, and neutralize.
