Few years back, a first time political leader was contesting elections. He had big plans and great ambitions, but lacked experience. He was competing with much more experienced candidates and that made it even more difficult. He knew he could do well, and if he won, he was set to be the next CM! The challenge for us was to win, failure was not an option.
