As Wendy says " We are here to make a difference and share our authentic self, people need to wake up". " There is no perfect parent" we are a work in progress but if we are being honest and authentic allows us to be more present.
Wendy Vigdor-Hess is a Certified Coach, RDN and Energy Healer (with manycertifications). She is a mom of 2 kids, a son, 14 and daughter, 12. Wendy is an empath and intuitive and helps parents live more fully into their authentic selves to be the parents they need to be for their kids. She brings awareness and healing to the dynamics present in our current parenting paradigm and helps parents and children shift to a more balanced, loving and authentic connection.
Wendy is also the author of Sweetness Without Sugar: A Resource Guide for
Delicious Dairy-, Egg- and Gluten-Free Treats Made with Healthy Sweeteners.
She has shared about her book and her work with families in events and podcasts.
