Janice Brown loved how you talked about how ideas would flow to you and you were able to put them on the back burner till they were ready to come to life. Sometimes we need to wait till the time is right...

 

Born and raised on the tiny island of St. Croix, Janice grew up with a love for nature. Her parents instilled in her the importance of whole foods and regular exercise.

 

She carried this with her through medical school, her residency in PM&R (the one specialty that still believes in examining patients through touch), and her training in Life Coaching, Acupuncture and Functional Medicine.

 

She finds creativity by combining her knowledge in these areas to formulate individualized wellness plans for people who are serious about optimizing their lives. When not creating, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, journaling, traveling and exercising.
