Stuart  is the owner & sommelier of Sydey’s Fix Wine  Bar+Restaurant.  He’s been putting great wine lists together in Sydney  restaurants for over 15 years and during his considerable time in the  wine trade, Stuart has been named the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food  Guide Sommelier of the Year 2012, and accepted to become a Len Evans  Scholar.

He’s also a writer and commentator shedding light on the glorious  world of wine and the hospitality industry at large. He is certainly  someone with much wisdom to offer and guidance to give when it comes to  wine, running a successful business and dissecting some of the problems  in the hospitality industry more generally.
