Our guest this week is Sereena Abbassi, an activist, writer, public speaker who has worked as the head of culture and inclusion at M&C Saatchi since 2018.

Sereena’s work is entirely focused on combatting the lack of diversity in the industry, promoting inclusivity and representation, along with education around unconscious bias and the value of different viewpoints. We hear about her day-to-day, and how her upbringing and experience of living all over the world feeds into her work.
