The dopamine hit of scrolling feels good, but being a creator over consumer (and a prolific creator at that) gets to soul-level fulfillment. While there's less of a buzz of satisfaction in the short term—the creative process can be messy and often confronting after all—building a body of work in your lifetime is worth every minute, and it's available to all of us.
