A Space for Everyone Whether you’re struggling with burnout, going through a life transition, or just seeking a safe space to reflect and grow, the Creative Therapy Circle is here for you. Over the last year, we’ve supported people who’ve faced divorce, job changes, cultural transitions, and everything in between. One participant shared, “After moving to a new country, I felt disconnected and lost. These workshops helped me find my footing and build new connections, both with myself and with others.” Our mission is simple: to create a space where you can be yourself, express your emotions, and find clarity through creative expression. No judgment, just support and community. The Benefits of Joining A Safe, Supportive Space: This is a judgment-free zone, where you can process your emotions and reconnect with yourself. Holistic Healing: We use a mix of art therapy, mindfulness, and somatic practices to help you explore and heal your emotions, build resilience, and foster personal growth. Expert Facilitation: As a certified art therapist, I will guide you every step of the way, using proven methods to help you on your journey. Flexible Participation: Attend in-person workshops in Cheltenham or join us online from anywhere in the world. With lifetime access to session recordings, you can participate at your own pace. What Makes This Year Special? This year, I’m excited to offer more flexibility than ever before. The workshops will be held weekly, with in-person sessions every second Saturday and online sessions every alternate week. This way, you can choose what fits your lifestyle, whether you prefer joining us in person for deeper engagement or attending online from the comfort of your home. And if you’re in a different time zone (say, in Europe), the online sessions might be even more convenient for you—attend on Friday night, ready to ground yourself for the weekend ahead.
