Creative Visualisations from Conception to Beyond - Part One

This is part one of my podcast and was taken from a book I wrote in 2012, it explores Creative Visualisation and the benefits from conception to beyond. The first of this podcast covers a bit about my past and what led me to write the book, the dying process and how visualisation can by used to assist those at the end of life. About what creative visualisation is and its benefits and the chakra system. I hope you enjoy and join my for the next podcast.
