In a world of pushing out content, keeping busy, hustling, there is the inevitable time(s) that comes when a "Break" has to happen for you. Time to take to unwind for your body, soul, mind. 

When we are "in flow" and striving to achieve deadlines, taking a break seems counterproductive but sometimes it's out of our hands. Am I right??

In this solo episode, I chat about what unexpected breaks look like and how you can work through them, even if it means breaking the momentum you finally had.
