Why is it that it gets more personal and why we may as-well do the deep work to begin with to have more creative capacity and more freedom so we elevate other people from the deepest place of truth because everyone comes to this earth to experience a deeper truth than in their last visit. 

Allow the parts of our minds to move us towards the things we want to be moving towards AND getting creatively fulfilled

We get to meet the blocks stopping us from being in the experience & exploration of our work and our truth

Take the parts of yourself which might have had a traumatic experience and say "Hey, it's alright mate, don't worry about it, it's cool, it's only that thing remember. It's ok, don't worry about it"
