Creativity Born of Trauma Part 3 Ft Dr Tonia Winchester

Listen Later

In this third episode in the series, “Creativity Born of Trauma,” you’ll meet Dr. Tonia Winchester, a naturopathic doctor who specializes in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Dr. Winchester helps us understand how our brains work, particularly when we have unconscious thoughts and beliefs that may be keeping us from achieving our goals or living our most productive and satisfying lives. And, we have a great deal of fun in this conversation!

Dr. Winchester explores with me ways in which past trauma can both inform and inhibit creative expression as we unpack ways in which NLP can help clear negative thought patterns and limiting beliefs so we can be free to fulfill our destiny. We’ll also talk about her book, “Smiling in the Shower.”
