Creativity Born of Trauma, Part 5 Ft. Emma Nottage

Listen Later

In this fifth episode in the series, “Creativity Born of Trauma,” you’ll meet music tutor and coach Emma Nottage. Emma lives in the UK, so of course I had to ask her about the British Invasion of the 1960s. From there, we get to know Emma’s background in music and have a lively discussion about how music can be a way for us to process trauma, a tool to facilitate the healing process after trauma, and simply as a fundamental element of the universe, in our shared opinion.
