Jen and Sally interview their client, Salena Scardina, the VP of Customer Experience for Herff Jones. Herff Jones along with their partners, Marching Order and StageClip,  worked to provide a first-of-its-kind virtual commencement solution for schools and universities who could not come together in person to celebrate their graduates' achievements due to COVID-19. They discuss how virtual commencements came to be, how important it is to celebrate achievement even when we can't be together in person, and why VIPdesk was the right partner to support them.
