According to comicon.com/2023/05/03/this-summer-fanbase-press-four-color-heroes-advocates-mental-health-awareness-and-finding-belongingness, it is scheduled for release in print and digitally via Hoopla, ComicsPlus (if you're registered with a library that supports either of those services) and Kindle Direct on July 26, 2023.
