On today’s show we welcome John Tupy from the US Fish and Wildlife Service to help us dive into the world of gopher frogs, a unique and fascinating species found right here in Mississippi. These small amphibians, known for their distinctive call that sounds like a deep snore, are native to the longleaf pine forests and flatwoods of the southern United States. So today we will talk about these frogs and others found around Mississippi.
