Many people do not know about the credit scoring system—much less their credit score—until they attempt to buy a home, take out a loan to start a business, or make a major purchase. In this episode, we talk about the importance of having and maintaining good credit.  Your credit score is a representation of your credit history through a three-digit number between 301 and 850. It is used as an indication of trustworthiness by lenders, who use the number as a way to help predict how you'll treat their credit line based on your financial history.
