Rev. José Luis Villaseñor reflects on how times of crisis can become sacred moments of opportunity — moments when God steps in and transforms reality. So let us believe - creamos - even now. Especially now.
Rev. José Luis Villaseñor is the pastor of Fiesta Cristiana, a Hispanic/Latino mission congregation in Apex, NC. Fiesta’s annual Las Posadas tradition is featured in JustFaith Ministries’ upcoming bilingual program, Encuentro de Esperanza: Encountering Hope.
Encuentro de Esperanza: Encountering Hope is designed for churches and communities ready to deepen their faith, build bridges across languages and cultures, and work together for justice and healing in their communities.
The nine-session journey explores the foundational teachings of our Christian faith through Scripture, stories, and spiritual practices. It celebrates the traditions, teachings, and wisdom that Spanish-speaking communities have brought to our Church.
Whether your community is predominantly Spanish-speaking, English-speaking, or a mix of both, Encuentro de Esperanza is an invitation to become people of hope – together. Learn more at justfaith.org
