Dr. Shawn Utsey joins the show to give information about his presentation that he gave to the Mayor's Taskforce for Re-Imagining Public Safety. Dr. Utsey explains that he doesn't think the Mayor's team heard him but we are listening to the detailed history and psychological pathology that has led to society as a whole criminalizing Black bodies.
