The luxury of choice we have these days makes it easy to lead into temptation, and loose track of the self. Here a short chat about the vices and dopamine hits we urge for when trying to create a distraction from other feelings.

one minute your stuck thinking you are what you are, cant teach an old dog new tricks. Then you realize that you can, what you are can be much more when you see the habits controlling your life.

its easy to follow the societal trend of what is expected of a man, the thick skin, sleep when I'm dead mentality. But is that leading us down a path that we are going down blindly? and is there a better way to see the expectation of men ?

We live in a world where time becomes irrelevant when seeking sex, love, excitement within our digital devices. What does this do to us with our personal and external relationships, and are we simply using our digital devices like pacifiers to distract ourselves from our own reality ?

Are the ways of our parents or society that restrict our ability to truly understand these energies within us? Is our current outlook the vert thing that can cause confusion between testosterone and estrogen in the body ? During a meditation retreat i attended during 2024 in Sri Lanka, these energies where given the space to breathe and time for me to understand. so here i share my current view on how to find a balance between the two & ways to look at them under a different light.

Often a balance between what we do on a daily basis can et out of whack, specially if we don't know what is throwing us out of balance. Finding what is truly important to you can be the first step into managing your time and long term goals , and building a better relationship with your time.

The start of the day can often be the most difficult part of your day. Even getting out of bed can seem like the hard chore you can face. Often fed by emotions or habits we have come all to familiar with, and have grown into our comfort zones too deeply. Making the rest of our day bogged and difficult. But those habits can be used in a positive way, those emotions can be looked at with a different Lense, to show us the way forward, rather than back. To serve you, rather than you serving it.
