On the first guest episode of the "Leaders Who Learn" podcast, produced by Claremont Lincoln University, we welcome Clayton Chau, M.D., Ph.D. to the show.  Dr. Chau is the newly appointed Agency Director of the Orange County Health Care Agency, taking on the appointment beginning May 4th, 2020 during the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic.  In this episode, Dr. Chau talks about the keys to leadership, the importance of togetherness and community, and how critical it is that we remember our principles and values during times of stress.
