After moving to Australia, Cristina Talacko was unable to practice law so tried her hand at developing some delicious Brazilian treats. Her business SalDoce Fine Foods now operates internationally, delivering gluten-free and allergen sensitive foods for the health conscious. Cristina holds an ongoing belief in contributing to society, sharing her knowledge and marrying passion, purpose and profit. Alongside her successful business, Cristina has an impressive presence within the Coalition for Conservation, Beyond Zero Emissions, the NSW Women’s Council and the NSW Energy and Environment Policy Branch.
