We go through a lot in our lives. Folks say mean things to us, we find ourselves in the middle of controversies, we get into arguments, and we go through periods of mild to serious upheavals. And all this makes us really upset! Should we reject these unpleasant experiences as completely useless and forget them as soon as we can? Or would it be better to be open and receptive to another way of thinking—a way that would encourage us to listen, to learn, and to take another step toward becoming our “co-created best”?
