There are two sides to every story, including 'criticism'. Most of us associate criticism with the negative side ..."the expression of disapproval based on perceived faults", but sometimes criticism has a positive side.  It all depends on the intention behind it!!

In this episode we'll chat about both sides of the story, and also both directions.  Not only can we experience criticism from others around us, but we also have an inner critic, so sometimes the criticism comes from within.
