Hello everyone. Welcome back to my blog. I hope you all are doing great and enjoying mental peace. The weather has been absolutely lovely these days. perfect for some creativity. My exam papers are finally coming to an end (thankfully!), and I can already feel the creative itch returning. I’ve been thinking about all the cozy projects I want to start once I'm free, and I thought it would be perfect time to start things. And the thing I am going to share today is not part of my vacation plan's project it is just a cute keychain which I found on Instagram the other day and liked it alot. And decided to make it.
As you all know my papers are yet to end so I cannot start a big project as it will waste my time and I am really hoping to get good grades this semester so I got a read for that. So for this project I needed yarn,crochet hook ,scissors, and needle. All the basic things.
And for the pattern i made all the things separately. First of all I made the bow. The bow pattern was new to me. I have scene people making chains that way but I have never made that so this was first time experience. I made three chains first then added back loops of these chains on the hook after that I removed the two chains and make a sc in first then made a other sc in 2nd and then 3rd. I kept on repeating that pattern till I got 9 inch long chain. I was looking very beautiful. Then I folded it into a bow. It took me some time because you know folding a bow is not a easy task but I managed to make one at the end. After making the bow u made the cherries 🍒.
The cherry pattern was making MR and then 6sc in it. make inc in Second Round and then Do 1sc and 1 inc in 3rd round. Then 2 rounds of sc and then decreases. I stuffed them. I added good amount of stuffing so that they look round. I always use the pillow polyester to fill my amugrumis because it is very softer than the regular polyester you get from shop. So if you want to make really good amugrumis I recommend using that polyester. After making the cherry I made the green stem. It only have chains. After that I assembled everything. With the ste. I joined the cherries at both end and then I attached it with the bow using needle. After that I added a keyring strand. And it was complete. I really enjoyed making it because it was very small so It was completed in an hour only and the outcome was very beautiful. The color combination was looking so pretty.
Then I did the little photoshoot to adore the final product. I loved it. It turned out so beautiful.
