Monday (Feb. 28) was National Tooth Fairy Day, and that got me wondering.  What is the going rate for a tooth now a days?  Well, I don't have kids, but I know someone who does, and that someone is my oldest brother Mikey!   So I called him up and for the first time ever, he joins the show to give us the scoop on the tooth fairy!
