Slow Cooker Chicken and Stuffing

This Chicken and Stuffing recipe is perfect for when you're craving
holiday flavors but not all the work.

Notes
If you have a silicon whisk, the water and gravy mix can be whisked in the slow cooker,
otherwise do this in a separate bowl to prevent scratching the crock insert. Pour into the slow cooker once combined.

Slow Cooker- 6 quart or larger
1 1/2 cups water
1.74 oz chicken gravy mixes Two - .87-oz. pkgs.
2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts 1½-2 lbs (3-4 chicken breasts)
6 oz Stove-Top® stuffing mix (I used chicken)
1/2 cup dried cranberries sweetened or not
1/3 cup butter melted

1. Whisk the water and chicken gravy packs together (in the crock or a bowl; see notes);
add to slow cooker.
2. Add the chicken breasts into the gravy.
3. Sprinkle the stuffing mix atop the chicken.
4. Sprinkle the cranberries over the stuffing.
5. Drizzle over the melted butter over everything.

Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours without opening the lid during the cooking time.

7. Serve and enjoy!
