Wil talks with law professor and author Nicole Gonzalez Van Cleve whose book exposes the racism of Cook County -- the criminal justice system of Chicago. Her book, "Crook County Exposed: Racism and Injustice in America's Largest Criminal Court," exposes rampant racial bias among attorneys, judges and the police in dispensing punishment. Van Cleve spent ten years observing for over 1,000 hours the types of injustice in Chicago where punishments are determined by race, not the crime.
