Whether you're training for something or you're maintaining your fitness, cross-training is essential. Just because it's essential doesn't mean that it's easy to hold yourself accountable though right?

Hopefully by now we all know the benefits of cross-training to our running fitness, and those benefits alone could motivate you to train a couple times a week. That's not enough motivation though to cross-train especially when you're tired or sore from a run. Use this meditation on the days where you're really not feeling it and you need that extra boost of energy. You can also listen to this meditation before you train to dial in and get the most out of your workout.
