The CPSC and Excalibur Crossbows now recall Excalibur Crossbow C2 Cranks.  The cocking hooks on these cranks break leading to unexpected projectile misfires with injuries to bystanders and users. 

About 15,000 of these crossbow cranks were sold in the US and about 3920 were sold in Canada at Bass Pro Shops, Cabela’s, and other stores nationwide and online at excaliburcrossbow.com, ebay.com and amazon.com.
