Episode 63: CrossFit State of The Union
Thanks for all the traffic on Instagram this week as we were throwing out ideas for new shirt designs.  You all have inspired a lot of conversations during our team meetings about the future of our apparel. 
This weeks episode was inspired by a comment by friend of the show, Paul Wagner when he asked us our thoughts on the about the removal of Regionals from the CrossFit Games Schedule.  As we began discussing all of the secondary impact to this decision, we identified that the removal of Regionals had a far more reaching impact that simply deleting 8 qualifying events.

Episode 123: Surprise!!

Our bodies are unbelievable machines that are often limited by our mind. Rarely do we tap into our bodies full ability and it’s all because of our brain. We talk about flexibility, mobility, and stability. We dig into why each one is important, yet they are intertwined as a whole.

How much do you really know about sleep? Of course we know we are suppose to get our 8 hours, but do you know why? There is a lot that goes into something that should be so easy to accomplish, but yet Americans fail miserably each and every day.
We discuss sleep studies, why getting 8-9 hours of sleep is so important and explain the DNA differences between night owls and those crazy early morning people.
