The death and resurrection of Jesus marks the central point in human history. But it was no mere formality. Rather it was the most terrible personal ordeal anyone has ever faced, as the holy, sinless, eternal Son of God voluntarily substituted Himself for a sinful world. Gethsemane was the preview of what that unique death would involve. It marked His moment of decision, His Rubicon.

As a church we want to bring people to know Jesus, and into membership of His family; to develop, encourage and motivate them to worship God and to serve Him in the Church and Community.
