March 23, 2020 | During our first episode, we talked about the Content of the Gospel - the glad tidings about the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, and how this message is “of first importance”. Paul clearly proclaimed the truth that he was not ashamed of this message, although this is foolishnss to the Greeks or a stumbling block to Jews. We are saved by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone. Part-2 talks about the “context of the gospel” (The Gospel Primer and the Gospel Proper) giving us a clarified understanding why the gospel is of first importance and in understanding it would clarify our vision on how to share and enjoy it!
