The new JOBS Act has changed the way businesses can look for financing. Matthew Abts of OregonStartup.com covered some of the anticipated provision in Crowdfunding. We’ve given Matthew the title of CAKE’s Official Fountain of Information. Due to the fact that Matthew has broken all records in presentation length for CAKE, we’re going to be hard pressed to sum up all of the information that Matthew covered. Your best bet in capturing all of this information is to watch the videos or download the audio format and listen at your leisure.
There was a host of websites that Matthew recommended to be checked out. Among them are:
Crowdsourcing.org – THE Industry website for all things crowd sourcing.
Kickstarter.com – A great way to get your projects funded.
Indiegogo.com – Go Fund Yourself! Much like Kickstarter an awesome method of raising funds for projects.
Crowdtild.com – Group Fund Anything. Crowdtilt is changing the way we pool funds with friends.
StartSomeGood.com – Igniting Ideas, Investment and Impact. StartSomeGood empowers people from around the world to become social innovators.
