This week on episode 53 of the CrownHoops Podcast, Jordan Daly, Mike White, and Ben Okazawa welcome two-time NBA Champion Josh Powell to the show. Josh reflects on his career, looking back at his back to back championships with Kobe Bryant and the Los Angeles Lakers. He also talks about his unique path to the NBA, leaving college early to go play overseas, instead of the more traditional 'G-League' route. Josh then talks about his forced transition from player to coach, and how that took a toll on him mentally. He also talks about what it's like being teammates with guys like Kobe, Dirk Nowitzki, Pau Gasol, Steve Nash, etc. This lead to Josh talking about some of his experiences being coached by some of the best to ever do it, including Phil Jackson. To close out the episode, Josh talks about his experience in the BIG3 and answers some questions sent in by our viewers.
