The Gospel in a Bad News World - Genesis 3:1-24

Preached by: Bro. Kim Pancobilla

In this service we were reminded of sin's deadliness and its curse upon the world, but also of God’s grace in promising a Savior who would deliver His people from said sin, and said curse. Even in a world filled with bad news, we have the good news of the promised Gospel!"The Lord God said to the serpent, “Because you have done this, cursed are you above all livestock and above all beasts of the field; on your belly you shall go, and dust you shall eat all the days of your life. I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and her offspring; he shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise his heel.”" (Genesis 3:14-15)

On That Day - Haggai 2:20-23

Preached by: Bro. King Buensuceso

In this sermon it was said that God will overthrow the kingdoms of the nations, no matter how powerful they may seem, and establish His kingdom through His chosen servant. Church, may we be humbled by the truth that what may seem small and insignificant to the world is not insignificant in God’s purposes."On that day, declares the Lord of hosts, I will take you, O Zerubbabel my servant, the son of Shealtiel, declares the Lord, and make you like a signet ring, for I have chosen you, declares the Lord of hosts.” (Haggai 2:20)

No Empty Faith in the Empty Tomb - 1 Corinthians 15:12-19

Preached by: Bro. Joel Trinidad

In this sermon we were reminded that Christ’s resurrection is the foundation of our faith and hope. If Christ was not raised, our faith would have been empty. But the good news is: Christ has truly risen! And so because of this, we can believe, proclaim the Gospel, and hold fast, with much confidence and assurance, to His promises."Now if Christ is proclaimed as raised from the dead, how can some of you say that there is no resurrection of the dead?" (1 Corinthians 15:12)

Living by the Word in Life's Trials - James 1:19-27

Preached by: Bro. Roy Albert Vicente

The points made in this sermon refer to the unshakeable idea that because God has brought us forth by the Word of Truth, we are thus called to receive His Word humbly, obey it actively, and live it out on a daily basis. Because God’s Word ought not only be heard, but also to be firmly put into practice, especially as we take on life's many trials."Religion that is pure and undefiled before God the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unstained from the world." (James 1:27)

The Lord Disciplines Those He Loves - Hebrews 12:4-13

Preached by: Bro. Joseph Moriones

In this sermon we were taught that the Lord disciplines us because He loves us, and does so for our good. He disciplines us not to harm us, but to correct and strengthen us so that we may faithfully endure the life of faith, all in His Name."It is for discipline that you have to endure. God is treating you as sons. For what son is there whom his father does not discipline?" (Hebrews 12:7)

When Pride Opposes God's Purposes - Esther 3:1-6

Preached by: Bro. Andres Ersando

In this sermon we were reminded that pride seeks the honor that belongs to God, but those who trust in His faithfulness and seek Him above all can remain faithful and steadfast even under pressure."And all the king's servants who were at the king's gate bowed down and paid homage to Haman, for the king had so commanded concerning him. But Mordecai did not bow down or pay homage." (Esther 3:2)

Seek The Higher Rock - Psalm 61

Preached by: Ptr. Enteng Ramoneda

In this sermon we were reminded to seek God because He alone is our true security. When we are afraid or overwhelmed, we can trust in Him fully as our refuge, and give praise to His Name most confidently."Hear my cry, O God, listen to my prayer; from the end of the earth I call to you when my heart is faint. Lead me to the rock that is higher than I, for you have been my refuge, a strong tower against the enemy." (Psalm 61:1-3)

Fixing Our Eyes On Jesus - Hebrews 12:1-3

Preached by: Bro. Joseph Moriones

In this sermon we were reminded to lay aside every hindrance and sin and to fix our eyes on Jesus Christ. He endured the cross and despised its shame for us, giving us the strength to persevere in the faith."Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God." What Will The Christ Say? - Various Text

Preached by: Ptr. Enteng Ramoneda

In this sermon we were reminded that Jesus, in His love for sinners, does not condone sin but instead calls for us to turn away from it.Indeed, He showed mercy to sinners while also reminding us that only the sinless can condemn a sinner. Ultimately, Christ Himself, the sinless One, took upon Himself the condemnation we deserved so that we may receive His saving and transforming grace

Suffering Well - Lamentations 3:25-42

Preached by: Bro. Japhet Cutamora

In this sermon we were reminded that suffering is not endured apart from God’s goodness, but through waiting patiently on Him, looking beyond our present pain to His steadfast love, and examining our hearts with repentance. Indeed, even in seasons of sorrow, the Lord remains faithful, calling us to return to Him and trust in His mercy.

"For the Lord will not cast off forever, for, though he cause grief, he will have compassion according to the abundance of his steadfast love; for he does not afflict from his heart or grieve the children of men." (Lamentations 3:31-33)
