Nearly every cell phone in the country will go off Wednesday afternoon as FEMA conducts its first nationwide test of a wireless emergency alert system. FEMA says it expects the alert to reach 75 percent of wireless-enable devices, including your cell and smartwatches. The agency says the alert will not interrupt a phone call or active data session -- but FEMA and the FTC says they're working to make sure the information reaches more people.
