Justin is away being a tour manager so Joe Moncada joins us as a co-host.  We discuss Lent Pizza, drink Cel-Ray Soda.  Joe talks about trusting the process of the podcast because he quoted us when discussing confession.  After the break we come back and breakdown Ash Wednesday and why people are obsessed to get ashes, but not the Eucharist.  We close out the episode by talking about how our society can take athletes and dehumanize them.
