On November 1, 1974, the Columbus Police Department received a series of panicked reports from no less than two sets of eyewitnesses, all of whom claimed to have seen (and even been attacked by) a huge, bipedal, green-skinned monstrosity that took to skulking near the waterways inside Indiana’s 83-acre Mill Race Park.

These encounters would alarm locals and lead to what some consider to be the biggest “monster hunt” in the history of the United States.

🔹 DESCRIPTION 🔹

This large green-skinned reptoid stands upright at just under 7 foot tall.  It's reportedly covered in a foul mucous that smells of decay & rot.  The Mill Race Monster is somewhat passive during the daylight hours, but shows far less fear of humans in the evening.  It has long claws and a bright green tinge around it's mouth which is filled with razor sharp teeth.

🔸 SUMMARY 🔸

When researching the Mill Race Monster it was easy to assume there was little to even speculate about due to the age of the last documented sighting.  Adding to the fact that the park and surrounding area is fairly well developed it is easy to assume there is little mystery left to discuss or discover.

However; when looking to the west a few miles you begin to stumble upon UFO's, witches, potential Bigfoot sightings, abandoned cemeteries, odd Tree-Rocks, forgotten native american hunting grounds, ghosts from the early 1800's & even mysterious cult activity.

It may be simple to dismiss the Mill Race Monster as a 1970's prank or mis-identification of sorts, but the deep woods to the west may hide much more sinister mysteries?
