Crystal Flaman is an amazing woman – the youngest of 10 children, a student of Psychology, and an extreme endurance athlete. She’s competed in many Ironman events and has run many ultra marathons as well. Now she has devoted much of her energy and time to making a difference in the world. It’s her deepest desire to help people explore the possibilities in their own lives by bringing their dreams to life! In this episode of “Crank It Up” you’ll hear David T.S. How the racing world changed because of one man who didn’t know the rules.

He didn’t understand that the racers were intended to stop each evening for sleep, so he kept running. He logged an incredible amount of miles and broke many records as a result.
