Today Dr. Allen chats with Douglas Skipworth, a real estate investor and business owner. Douglas is CPA, CFA and co-owner of 6AM Core Collective which employs 150 people and manages 3,000 units for 750 investors. He was honored in 2019 as Master Investor of the Year by Think Realty and as one of the Top 100 Alumni Entrepreneurs from Belmont University in Nashville, TN.

6AM Core Collective was founded by two friends who aim to provide transactional services to their clients. They wanted to help the investors in the real estate business with their expertise and experience. Douglas co-owns a collection of companies that help other investors buy, manage, maintain, staff, and finance rental properties and real estate businesses.
