She has sold over 3 million dollars in residential real estate before transitioning into her current full-time syndication role. She is General Partner in The Flats and The Meadows Apartments as well as Owner and Principal for Quail Run Apartments and Lantana Apartments.

The entire backbone of what gets Miss Kaylee out of bed every day is her “why”.  With this WHY she has created independence and space for those experiencing co-dependency and toxic relationships which hamper their ability to visualize and then manifest what their amazing reality truly could be.
